DRIVING DIRECTIONS FOR SWAN SADDLE DRIVE

When leaving Tampa, Florida, travel I-75 North to Valdosta, Georgia. Travel time is approximately 3 hours and mileage is approximately 221 miles.

Travel from Valdosta to Macon, GA. Travel time is approximately 2 hours and mileage is approximately 85 miles. When you are entering the Macon City Limist, be sure to take the 475 Bi-Pass. It exits to the right.

Travel from Atlanta, GA to Chattanooga, TN. Travel time is approximately 2 hours and mileage is approximately 110 miles.

Travel from Chattanooga to Knoxville. Travel tims is approximately 1.5 hours and mileage is approximately 95 miles. When you are approximately 30 miles from Knoxville, you will come to I-40 which bears to the left for Nashville, and to the right for Knoxville. Bear RIGHT and you will not be traveling on I-75 and I-40.

When you arrive in Knoxville, stay in the left hand lane of the interstate. Left hand lane of the interstate exits to I-40 Ashville.

Travel approximately 15 miles on I-40 headed towards Ashville. At exit 407, exit and bear to your right.

Travel approximately 15 miles on Hwy 66. When you arrive at the first traffic light in Sevierville (traffic light is at the intersection of Hwy 66 and Hwy 411), turn left.

Travel 411 north, towards Forbidden Caverns. Look for road signs advertixing Forbidden Caverns. You will travel approximately 17 miles to the turn off for Forbidden Caverns. Look for billboard at the corner of Blowing Caves Road advertising: 1. Forbidden Caverns 2. English Mtn Fish Farm 3. The Old Mill. Turn Right.

Follow Blowing Cave Road up to the Forbidden Caverns which is approximately 2 miles. After you reach Forbidden Caverns, continue going up the mountain. You will now be traveling on Alpine Drive. You will travel approximatley 4 miles heading towards the English Mtn Condominiums. The road going up the mountain is paved and good, but there are some sharp turns. Be sure you continue to move steadily around the sharp curves and by doing this, you should have no trouble climbing. Continue traveling on Alpine Drive and when you come to the second "Swan Saddle" going ot the left, turn. You will now be going up Swan Saddle Drive..

Travel up the second Swan Saddle until you come to teh "T" in the road. This "T" is the intersection of Swan Saddle and CLingman's View. At the "T", turn to your right. The first driveway is ours. It has a green mailbox and you will turn to the left. Go straight up the driveway, it has a bit of an incline. You are now at your vacation destination. Welcome!
